Hip Hop Makes A Dynamic Debut At New Dawn

Sept. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- Maranatha New Dawn Ministries, one of North Miami’s diverse multi-cultural ministries, debuted “Hip-Hop Sundays”, an outreach geared toward reaching those youth and young adults who are involved in hip-hop culture, to a packed house on Sunday evening.

Hip-Hop Sundays, designed with reaching the many youth and young adults who have embraced hip-hop culture, debuted to a standing room only crowd at Maranatha New Dawn Ministries. Among those who appeared were ChenoLyfe, Dunamis, Summer Jae, and F1 Diamond.  Artist SummerJae, said, “Hip Hop Sundays was a very innovative and inspiring event for all ages. I truly enjoyed every minute of it and, most importantly, my son did also. It was beautiful to see so many youth out and enjoying the presence of God!” ChenoLyfe, stated, “Hip Hop Sundays was a success! From the great artists that interwove the Gospel to the honor of being a conduit of God’s Word, I was privileged to be a part.” Artist Dunamis said, “I love where FNF is going with this and I believe it can be a huge movement and way to build the kingdom. The event was great and I truly enjoyed myself.” F1 Diamond, who traveled from Memphis, Tennessee for the event, was just as excited: “I had a blast at Hip Hop Sundays. Everything was amazing and The Spirit of the Lord was in the building!”

FNFLive founder, Manuel “JBlaze” Garcia was pleased with the debut of the event: “Whenever we get involved in outreach, our whole purpose is to meet people where they are and this event just did that. The event overall was a strong success.”
