National Talk Money Night - time to talk to your kids about money

Sept. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- For those waiting for an excuse to talk to their kids about money - September 16th has been designated National Talk Money Night.

Increasing financial literacy among children and young people is an essential and often overlooked life skill. National Money Talk Night is a way of bringing national attention to Financial Literacy.

“Conversations about money need not be complicated or awkward” say’s Daniel Britton, author of The Financial Fairy Tales series of children’s books. “Have a clear idea of what you want to talk about and why. Major topics include where money comes from, good and bad credit and the importance of saving”.
