The new Spanish software company, SIRONTA SOFTWARE S.L. will be present at the 2010 OpenOffice.org Conference with the release of its new product, Sironta, a collaboration software used for exchanging, creating and editing documents that require teamwork.

Sironta connects two or more users without making any network changes to share files of any type and any size from anywhere in the world without violating the terms of confidentiality or the NDA that such documents may have.

Because of its P2P method, after editing a document, only changes are sent through the network, not entire files. Even more, you can edit your OpenOffice.org documents off-line, without the need to be connected to the network. Once you reconnect to the Internet, your peers will synchronize with you and will see the realized changes.

The 2010 OpenOffice.org Conference takes place from August 31 to September 3 at the Central European University in Budapest, with the plenary session being held at the Hungarian Parliament. This new collaboration software will be presented the September 3rd at midday.

“Our product is ready to provide collaboration services to every PC or Mac user, helping them to create, edit and share information and documents with their partners, regardless of the OS used” said Pablo Hernández, Co-Founder and CEO of Sironta. “We are proud of the support received from Oracle Corporation and OpenOffice.org to make Sironta even a better product.”
