There Will Come Soft Rains is a more mature effort and an obvious musical progression. No synthesizers, No Auto-Tune. Just rock and roll. Thought-provoking, forward-thinking rock music with undeniable hooks and a firm message. The lyrics are personal, poignant, and evoke a sense of melancholy and urgency encouraging the listener to look closer at the world around them and not be afraid to ask questions. Fans of the band will find an immediate resemblance to the WATA of old but also a noticeable progression on There Will Come Soft Rains. The six tracks on the album still hold firm to the band’s trademark melodic aggression and brutal gang chants, but also introduce more of a calm beauty found in bands like Jimmy Eat World and Death Cab For Cutie.

The release of There Will Come Soft Rains is just another in a long line of high points for the band this year. WATA has been featured on the World Famous KROQ as band of the Month (May 2010) in addition to constantly spinning the band's first single "So Long," off They Worshipped The Trees LP. Other rock stations in Las Vegas, San Diego, and the Inland Empire picked up the band's cover of Pat Benatar's "Love Is a
