The Federal Circle Adds Five Advisory Board Members

Washington, DC - August 24: The Federal Circle (TFC) announced today the addition of five new members to its Advisory Board. These additions significantly increase the depth and breadth of experience and range of contacts of the TFC team. The new members are:

• Joe Burke, Senior Manager in Ernst Young’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. Since joining the practice in 2005, he has provided financial and accounting advisory services to private equity and corporate clients for buy-side and sell-side transactions on stand-alone, carve-out and roll-up transactions ranging from over $10 billion to less than $5 million in transaction value.

• Jay Jones, Vice President of Siemens Enterprise Communications (SEN) North America Public Sector Solutions with responsibility for, and involvement, in the strategic identification and winning business with Public Sector clients domestically. He is also the strategic business adviser to the corporate executive leadership on Global Public Sector clients.

• Perry Keating leads Corporate Development and Strategy for Avaya Government Solutions. Avaya Government Solutions is focused on providing the US Federal Government with Avaya’s leading business communications applications, systems and services. He is responsible for developing and executing the overall strategic vision for this organization.

• Sam Malhotra is a veteran executive with proven IT industry vision and extensive business
management experience. He is CEO of Subsystems, which provides Professional Services in Information Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing, Information Security, and Enterprise Program Management support to the Federal Government.

• Michael Tinsley is Chief Executive Officer of NeoSystems Corp, a Managed Services Provider that delivers comprehensive, on-site, business accounting services to government contractors. Michael founded NeoSystems in 2000 after 20 years of industry experience that gave him a vision for providing quality, efficient, and innovative accounting services.
