On Sunday, December 12th from 3 pm until 6 pm, the Crowne Plaza Hotel’s ballroom transforms into a wintery, Christmassy, wedding party with engaging peeks at everything wedding.  Look around you and immerse yourself in the ambience of the room.  Blue and white lights illuminate the room while sheer drapes cascade from the ceiling with beautiful chandeliers that glow and give an elegant feeling of romance in the air. Embrace the designs of Magnum Company’s Jackie Leiby.

So savor the date, Sunday, December 12, 2010, when tiny bubbles will tickle your tongue and fancy, for a mouth full of fun.  It will be an enthusiastic party atmosphere where passions for fairy-tales, frosting, and food will blend as first, second, and third courses.  Where hundreds brides and grooms will connect with one another through excitement and the celebrations of marriages to come.  The irresistible confections are enough to take the stress out of planning any wedding.  The influences of sophisticated and comfortingly familiar fares are paired with expected wedding planning inspirations.  Whether you crave something sweet or something savory, there will be chocolate fountains, pastries, cakes, and other bakery favorites.

Brides and grooms will sample endless arrays of savory delicacies and decadent desserts from celebrated local chefs, cake bakers, candy makers, and other vendor purveyors.  Walk in with an appetite for idyllic mixes of elegance and romance—walk away satisfied with free floral designs, wedding invites, exquisite jewelry, decorating and planning advice from industry experts and much more.  Mix and mingle in the atmosphere will sipping complimentary champagne provided by Platinum Weddings & Events and listening to the smooth sounds of dj Nettie Harris with Rio Sound Works.  Sample wedding cake provided by Jennifer Punch of Confection Perfection or something savory created by Chef Adriane of Adriane’s Delectables.  Guest will strike a pose to have their pictures taken by Aragon Photography and have their hair and makeup done by Kori Smith of SkS Styles. Relax and enjoy the New York style fashion show while being awed by designer fashion from Chaviano Couture and formalwear on display from A Formal Occasion.  Watch the models as they elegantly flow down the runway with hair and make provided by SKS Styles, and while you’re thinking I wish I could look like a princess bride.
