Aug. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- On August 19th, the existing Loves Park Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center on East Riverside Boulevard has transferred ownership to local Rockford resident Jim Heim. Recognizing that satisfied customers are the foundation of any business, Jim aims to provide outstanding service and parts at an exceptional value.
