Maiden AIMA-IndianOil award for Best Motivational Practice presented

Aug. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- The first in the series of the AIMA-IndianOil Awards, instituted jointly by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. and AIMA to recognise and award the best motivational practice was presented in the capital today. The maiden AIMA-IndianOil Awards for the Best Motivational Practice were conferred upon Marico Ltd. (Manufacturing sector) and Blue Dart Express (Services sector) by Mr. Bhaskar Chatterjee, Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises.

Commending the unique award, Mr. Bhaskar Chatterjee said, “It is good to see that an award that recognises the role of human resource in an organisation’s success has been sponsored by none other than one of India’s best PSUs, IndianOil, which is a Maharatna”.

This Award by IndianOil and AIMA seeks to encourage employee motivational programmes specifically in the manufacturing and services sectors. Mercer, a renowned HR consulting firm, is the knowledge partner for the award.
