Key Hyundai of Milford Proudly Announces Promotion of Tom Godbout to General Sales Manager

Aug. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- CONNECTICUT - Key Hyundai, a Ct Hyundai dealership, is proud to announce the promotion of Tom Godbout of Ellington, Ct to the position of General Sales Manager of both its Milford Hyundai location and its Manchester Hyundai location.  Tom Godbout has worked for the Key Hyundai organization for seven years, most recently as the Sales Manager for Key Hyundai of Manchester.  

In his new role of General Sales Manager, Tom will oversee both the Milford Hyundai sales department and the Manchester Hyundai sales department.  "Our goal with this promotion is to standardize the way we do business in both our Milford Hyundai store and our Manchester Hyundai store," says Jill Merriam, owner of Key Hyundai.  Ms. Merriam went on to add that her primary goal is customer satisfaction.  "Today's consumer is incredibly educated and can chose from many Ct Hyundai locations to purchase their Hyundai from.  We understand that we need to provide award winning customer handling skills in order to earn our customer's Hyundai business.  The key to strong customer service is listening to the customer's needs and then trying to solve their problem so that they can drive the Hyundai of their dreams," says Ms. Merriam

Tom Godbout was raised in Somers, Ct.  Prior to joining Key Hyundai of Manchester in 2003, Tom worked at Scranton Motors in Windsor, Ct and Sears Auto Service Center.  Tom is Hyundai sales certified and an car financing expert.  "One of my favorite things to do is to help a customer get into the car that fits into their budget, regardless of their credit siuation," says Tom.  "The reality is that Ct Hyundai buyers have been hit hard by the economic downturn and our job is to do our very best to get our customers into a payment they can afford, whether that's on a new Hyundai or a used car," says Tom.
