Toronto’s Integrity Commissioner in Contempt of the Voters, Peter CLARKE ?

Aug. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Many Torontonians are demanding that the integrity commissioner, Janet Leiper, reveal why she illegally thrust herself into the political campaign for mayor?
In my opinion such unethical behaviour by any commissioner is in contempt of the citizens of Toronto and demands that she resign immediately or be fired.
A further question, that has to be answered by outside qualified prosecutors because of incumbent councillors failure to act and lack of transparency and openness, is why has this integrity commissioner NOT CALLED for an independent investigation of the outright deceptive conduct by councillors and board members of Toronto hydro.
Specifically the board members and councillors neglect of their fiduciary duties by approval and subsequent endorsement by council of voting in favour of deceitfully increasing electricity prices so the board could illegally hand over fat payments to cash hungry and fiscally inept city of Toronto.
