Why Life Saver Rescue? We asked Janice Magrini, President and Dog Adoption Counselor and were told, “Life Saver Rescue is dedicated to the rescue of abused and neglected shelter dogs within the surrounding areas of DFW.  We are committed to working within our community to help support responsible pet guardianship by supporting spay/neuter programs, and providing education on the humane treatment of animals. We are supportive of our adopting families, and we continue to be available to them whenever they need assistance in helping their new adopted dog be successful in their new forever home.”

Please join us at Pete and Mac’s Recreational Resort for Pets in Irving – at the Las Colinas Equestrian Center, on Friday, August 27th from 5 – 7pm, for some summer BBQ worthy drinks, snacks, and a chance to win some great prizes. Canine attendees will enjoy special pet friendly treats and canine companionship. A $5 donation at the door gets you and your dog into the party. Raffle tickets are available now; you don’t have to be present to win. All donations at the door and for raffle tickets go to Life Saver Rescue. Your very small donation can, and will, save pets’ lives. And socialization is good for your dog, and for you.

“Life Saver Rescue does not have any paid employees on staff.  We are a staff of dedicated volunteers looking to make a difference in the lives of those dogs that are so deserving of a new beginning.  You can rest assured that any donations received by Life Saver Rescue goes 100% towards vetting and feeding the dogs available in our adoption program”, continued Magrini. “Because we always have the dog’s best interest at heart…our application process includes a veterinary background check on any previous animals, and a home visit to ensure our dogs are going to a safe environment that is perfectly suited for them.”
