Aug. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- Foote Francis, web developers, collaborated with an advertising agency to unite an ad campaign and product data into an interactive website. The goal was to make more than just a visual brochure, the goal was to make a proactive tool for initiating sales.

LEAD GENERATION FOR FRASERS PROPERTY

The ad agency, CampaignMakers, and Frasers Property, an international real estate development company, asked Foote Francis to develop the website within the boundaries of the overall theme of the campaign. The best way to understand the look, feel and function of the website is to look at the finished project.

See http://www.fraserslanding.com.au

Frasers Property opened a new residential development for sale to private home buyers. The home buyer is enticed to visit the Frasers Landing website through print brochures and newspaper advertisements. The buyer visits the website and sees the same uniform colors and theme as the print collateral.

Finding the Right Home

Upon clicking on ‘Explore Home Designs’, the buyer sees a visual of several home facades. The buyer checks boxes to limit the homes displayed, for example the buyer checks 2 story and 3 bedroom. The homes that meet the buyer’s criteria are bright and full colored, while the home designs that do not meet the buyer’s criteria fade to translucent white.

Next, the buyer clicks on one of the available home designs. Listed in the home details are elevations, interior views, floor plans, amenities and features. See http://www.footefrancis.com.au/images/stories/Case_Studie...

Finding AND Seeing the Right Lot

In a second scenario, the home buyer wants a North-facing lot and starts by clicking on ‘Explore Masterplan’. The buyer identifies a group of lots in a hamlet map and clicks on an appealing hamlet.

In this scenario, the buyer has chosen the Silkwood Hamlet, in blue. Like the previous example, the buyer checks boxes to limit the lots to match criteria to 2 story and 3 bedroom. The buyer also decides to limit the price range.

The map shows highlighted lots that fit the buyer’s desired price and size. The buyer rolls his or her mouse over the lots to see the available designs for the lots that meet the criteria. See http://www.footefrancis.com.au/images/stories/Case_Studie...

When the buyer clicks on a lot, a close up of the lot is shown. A link to the home design is displayed at the top right corner. By clicking on the home design, the buyer is taken to the amenities, floor plans and elevations as shown in the first scenario.

How does a website like fraserslanding.com.au get built?

The website was developed through a business-to-business partnership between Foote Francis – web developers and CampaignMakers - advertising agency http://www.campaignmakers.com.au. Foote Francis provides the technical side of the web design solution, while CampaignMakers supplies the marketing theme, color and graphic strategies.

The partnership integrates the graphic and advertising concepts into functioning, interactive web tools using Frasers Property's data.

Keeping the Site Current is Easy

As an important final web development consideration, Frasers Property’s sales staff needed the ability to update the site frequently with price changes, new design images and lot availability. Foote Francis used their experience with previous projects to set up an easy-to-update data system. The sales staff can easily update the data behind the website and the staff only needs basic office skills.
