The simple and user-friendly Nordic ID Monitor enables the recording and reporting of temperatures of foodstuffs and cooling appliances as well as periodic quality and self monitoring duties such as hygienic tasks.

With Nordic ID Monitor we have developed a complete system allowing regular scheduling and reporting of quality tasks and automated temperature monitoring for:

Automated Quality Monitoring

Nordic ID Monitor completely automates all measuring and data transmission processes removing the need for manual recording, monitoring and archiving.

On the basis of the values measured, the application generates reports and when ever there is a deviation the system alerts the user through e-mail, SMS or a mobile computer such as a Nordic ID Morphic. This enables the staff to intervene fast response to problem situations which reduces the losses caused by wrong storage temperatures and prevents unnecessary defrosting and refridgerating with positive effects in reduced energy consumption.

The system also includes the possibility to schedule quality tasks according to the self monitoring plan and quality organisation in a shop, restaurant, kithchen or any other business dealing with fresh food.
Regulations

The system is in accordance of the EU Comission Regulation No. 37/2005 that specifies that the temperatures of warehouses and all places where food is stored need to be measured regularly and that the temperature data stored at least one year.
