Spiderman Artist Randy Emberlin To Teach Comic Book Art Workshop.

Spiderman artist Randy Emberlin will be teaching a Teen Comic Book Art Workshop at the Washougal Library Friday August 27 and Saturday August 28 from 2-4 p.m.

Aug. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Create a comic book cover and see it on display at the Maryhill Museum of Art!

Artist Randy Emberlin, best known for his work on amazing Spider-Man, GI Joe and Doctor Strange, will lead teens through the process of creating a comic book cover. Teens will be invited to allow their covers to be put on display at the Maryhill Museum of Art. Teens with art on display will be given free tickets for themselves and their parents to attend the opening day of an exciting new exhibit at Maryhill Musem and to talk informally about their cover art.

The workshop will be at the Washougal Library Friday August 27 and Saturday August 28, from 2-4 p.m. 1661 C St., Washougal, WA 98671.  Space is limited. Please call the library at (360) 835-5393 to register. This workshop is generously funded by the Maryhill Musem of Art.
