Architecture, Inc. Adds Grubbs as Principal Planner / GIS Analyst

Aug. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Architecture, Inc. has added Joseph W. Grubbs, Ph.D., AICP, GISP to head up a new Planning / Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Division housed in its Fort Myers office.

Grubbs joins Architecture, Inc. with 16 years of experience in large-scale, sustainable and mixed-use developments.  His recent planning projects include the Babcock Ranch Community, the Bell Tower Shops, and Page Field General Aviation Airport.  He also has been a lead GIS consultant on mapping and spatial analysis projects for Lee County, Hendry County and the City of Fort Myers.

Both a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP), Grubbs will be responsible for leading sustainable land-use planning and GIS-based solutions.
