TATOC launches new Sharetime magazine website

The Timeshare Association, known as TATOC, announced today that its magazine Sharetime will be available to all timeshare owners through a new dedicated website, sharetimemagazine.com. In future the quarterly magazine will be in digital format only.

Aug. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- The Timeshare Association, also known as TATOC, announced today the launch of a new website dedicated to its magazine, Sharetime. Previously printed and distributed to just its member resorts, Sharetime will be available to all timeshare owners through the dedicated website, sharetimemagazine.com. In future the quarterly magazine will only be available on line in digital format using page flip technology.

Both the Sharetime website and the magazine will contain news, features and articles of interest to today’s timeshare owner and owner committees representing resorts in the UK and Europe. The next issue of Sharetime is set to be published this September and continues to be edited by industry veteran Colin Collins.

TATOC represents over 80 resorts throughout Europe and has access to over 250,000 timeshare owners. The aim of the magazine is to provide a positive image of the industry to both timeshare owners and the general public. Sharetime magazine will support the efforts of TATOC to promote timeshare, protect consumers from scammers and to secure the future of a legitimate industry for its members to continue to enjoy. The new digital format allows this message to be spread even further.

There will be a direct link to the Sharetime site and the magazine from the TATOC website, www.timeshareassociation.org.

“We want to ensure that TATOC’s message reaches as many timeshare owners as possible and the new digital version of Sharetime and the site itself will help us achieve this. The printed version just didn’t have the same reach” Harry Taylor, TATOC CEO explained.
