Aug. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- The Internet's #1 ranked offbeat cartoon (by Google & MSN since 2005),  Rick London announced today that Londons Times Generation 2 or LTGEN2 has begun.  His busy website which has a collection of over 4600 original cartoons has lured over 8.7 million visitors since January 2005, though London launched it on March 19th, 2010 from a small abandoned warehouse in rural Ms. His site address is LondonsTimes.Us.

London works as the concept creator, writer and art director with a team of four top cartoon illustrators. Together they create anywhere from 20-40 cartoons per month.
Today from his Hot Springs, Ar studio, London said, “I started Londons Times pre-Google, pre-blogs, pre-9/11, and pre-social networking.  After three years absence on the scene, except to create products, we are covering all those issues, plus the occasional socio-political cartoon. When asked if he is “left” or “right” he says “No”. London does not like to be pigeonholed or labeled and enjoys satire on both sides of the political structure.

But most of Londons Times Cartoons are generic, including wild animals, occasionally famous caricatures, dogs and cats, wildlife, science, relationships and more.

London adds, “The great part is that we are able to put all these creatures from politicians to wild hyenas in today's social strata which is so different than the days of that tiny warehouse in March of 1997.

London owns several stores featuring over 100,000 licensed gifts and collectibles such as funny funny mugs, and many other funny gifts.  London was the first and only cartoonist to “go green” with his RickLondonOrganicTees.com shop, dedicating an entire shop to 100% organic cotton goods. His Londons Times Superstore has the world's only cartoon gourmet coffee gift baskets which he invented.

He has the only offbeat cartoons on real U.S. Postage stamps; about 250+ so far in his
www.RickLondonCollection.com shop.
