St. Clair Shores, Michigan Woman in Running for Local Company’s Roof Give-Away

Aug. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- St. Clair Shores woman, Mickey Wynn, is a finalist in Ridgecon Construction's big community give back: No Roof Left Behind.

Ridgecon opened nominating to the public in January 2010. Nominations were accepted until July 23, 2010. A total of 103 were received. A team of volunteers poured over each touching submission looking for the top three finalists. Those finalists were posted on the No Roof Left Behind website, for public voting, which began August 1, 2010. Since then thousands of votes have been cast. Voting continues until August 31, 2010.  The roof will be installed in September, 2010.

Mickey Wynn, a sufferer of Lupus and a degenerative back disease was nominated early on by a friend who has witnessed Wynn’s generous, never-give-up attitude despite her constant pain.  At present, Wynn has 16% of the votes and could benefit from the support of her friends and neighbors.
