If your pet gets injured while traveling, the MobiPetTag System provides quick and easy access to your pet's personal medical records with our PetCollarTags, PetCallingCards and PetKeyTags, which may mean the difference between life or death for your pet.

The MobiPetTag System combines the latest in custom 2D bar coding from Microsoft® Tag and the massive capability of the internet with the 4 billion plus cell phone users to create the largest integrated "Pet Information Portability" System for your pet in the world. MobiPetTag’s custom designed pet tags provide cell phone access to your pet's key information - whenever or wherever you need it.

Today, groomers, boarding kennels, veterinarians, transport services, animal shows, etc. all require key information (shot history, medical records, show certificates, etc.) about your pet. With our custom designed MobiPetTag’s, all that information is only as far away as your cell phone.  

If your pet gets lost our PetTagAlert system will notify all shelters, clinics, volunteer pet rescuers, animal emergency hospitals, pounds and rescue organizations within a 10 mile radius of where you lost your pet when you activate a MobiPetTag emergency call. Also, an immediate notification of a lost pet will go out to our national network of MobiPetTag users and through our social network media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) accounts.

The MobiPetTag System empowers you to use your cell phone as a quick and easy mobile data device using the free application software from Microsoft (Go to http://gettag.mobi and find your phone and download the software). With the Microsoft® Tag application installed, you snap/scan the tag/barcode with your cell phone, then your cell phone will automatically reads the code and displays the information on your screen - it's that simple.

(Note: our system works fine with any cell phone or personal computer with access to the internet. And in case of a lost pet, the individual that finds your pet, all they needs is a cell phone to call our emergency phone number on all of our Collar Tags).

MobiPetTag is a membership based system that provides its members with;1) a Personal Pet Information web page with your pet’s key information and picture, 2) Pet Collar Tag for small and large pets that have the Microsoft® Tag (pTag) on one side and your pet’s name and access information on the other, 3) a PetKeyTags for your key ring with your pet's name and a pTag to your personal Pet Information Page and  a pTag to MobiPetTag online Contact Page on the other side, 4) a PetCallingCards for your wallet or purse, with your pet's picture and our pTag to access your personal Pet Information Page on the front and several critical internet addresses for quick access on the back including access to our Lost Pet Report page – just in case! and 5) membership in our National Notification Network of MobiPetTag users for lost or injured pets.

In addition, MobiPetTag offers an additional Shot History/Medical Records/Certificates Page to store pictures of your pet's medical records from your veterinarian and or pet shows for quick faxing when you need it.

MobiPetTag was born from a desire to help pets of all kind and their owners cope with the changing demands for our pet’s well being and care.

MobiPetTag is the brain child of George and Mamie Denehy of Lowellville Ohio. George has been a technology buff and dog trainer for more than 40 years. George received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University in 1977 and has been a consummate entrepreneur ever since. George has been involved with multiple startups in multiple industries at all levels of management but has never lost his love for animals. Mamie graduated from Youngstown State University in 1968 and has taught school and worked in multiple disciplines throughout the business community ever since. Mamie is an avid horse enthusiast and has owned and trained quarter horses for many years.

Both have been involved with transporting animals across the United States and have lived in multiple cities and states and thus have had to deal with the problems of getting their information in the hands of the right people at the right time to avoid long delays and missed flights, as well as the hassles associated with providing the proper documentation when entering dog competitions. And they have always worried about what would happen if one of their dogs was to get lost in area they were not familiar with. MobiPetTag solves all these problems and prepares us and our pets for future constraints.
