Race Ramps Adjustable Wheel Cribs Provide a Safe and Lightweight Solution for Under Car Access

Wheel Cribs were developed in response to enthusiasts who needed a safe, and lightweight alternative to jack stands. By cradling the tire 8”, 10”, or 12” off the ground (depending on the model), Wheel Cribs provide unobstructed access underneath the car. They can also be used for car display. Adjustable Wheel Cribs are a two-piece version of the original Wheel Cribs, which come as a stacked assembly of two interlocking pieces of equal height. They were developed as a solution for users limited to use of 8” Wheel Cribs, because their floor jacks are unable to lift vehicles high enough for placement on the original 10” and 12” Wheel Cribs. The Adjustable Wheel Crib design allows the vehicle to be lifted in incremental heights, of half the height of the crib at a time, to provide clearance for a jack and a spacer. Another benefit of the design is being able to split a pair for use as two Cribs at full height, or four cribs at half height. A set of four Cribs will support 6,000 pounds, and yet weigh only 5 pounds each. Adjustable Wheel Cribs’ patented super lightweight 100% solid construction provides a flat and wide footprint - so they can be safely used on hard or soft surfaces like grass, sand, or pavement - without sinking. The Cribs are highly durable, virtually indestructible, and very stable. They won’t gouge, scratch, or otherwise damage driveways or floors. Adjustable Wheel Cribs are easy to clean and won’t rust.

Each set of Adjustable Wheel Cribs consists of four Crib pieces. RR-WC-8-2 are 15” long, 12” wide, and 8” high. They will provide either 4” or 8” in lift. RR-WC-10-2 are 15” long, 12” wide, and 10” high. They will provide either 5” or 10” in lift. RR-WC-12-2 are 15” long, 12” wide, and 12” high. They will provide either 6” or 12” in lift. All can hold tires up to 12” wide, and with diameters from 25” to 30”.
