Aug. 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA (August 6, 2010) – Casa Latino Franchise Corporation, the world’s largest network of Hispanic real estate offices has relocated its US Headquarters to Los Angeles, California.

The company’s new offices are located in the heart of downtown LA at 10100 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles.

Robb Heering, Founder and CEO of Casa Latino said, “Casa Latino is aware of the significance and importance of the California Hispanic market and we wanted to ensure that we have a sufficient presence in the state to allow our platform to be absorbed into this all important market. While our independently owned offices are currently represented in most major Hispanic markets, we have a desire to become a dominant participant in the California market. Having our US base of operations in Los Angeles will assist us with our plan to increase market share in the state.”

The company’s international operational partner, Casa Latino del Mundo, Inc. has also established new offices at 1111 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida.

Heering added, “Our brand continues to perform well in key markets despite the current economic climate. In order to continue our unprecedented growth and, more importantly, to provide support services to our brokers and agents, we need to add qualified executive and support staff to our team and we’ve found that Los Angeles and Miami each provide fantastic, qualified labor pools.”

About Casa Latino Franchise Corporation:
Casa Latino was founded in 2005 based upon the premise that Hispanic home buyers and sellers have unique needs based upon cultural differences and lifestyles, bolstered by the fact that those needs are not being effectively served by any other national brand. While the company serves everyone, regardless of heritage, the company’s model is designed to provide superior service to a multicultural market. The company offers franchisees unprecedented culturally specific and significant back office support, training, marketing tools, advertising, coaching, and much more to ensure their success. The franchise model encourages a variety of agent compensation programs which dramatically enhances a broker’s ability to recruit agents. The low franchise fee and an exceptionally low transaction based royalty structure make Casa Latino an extremely attractive opportunity. Casa Latino continues to execute an aggressive growth plan in the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and several countries in South and Central America.
