The event is located at Djangos (495 Peachtree street, Atlanta, GA) For the first time ever producers will be able to play hooks on their beats. If you want something different you must change they way you operate! This new feature will allow producers and beatmaker to take a stance! August theme will be Producer VS Beat Maker. The music industry definition of a producer is the visionary of the entire record making process. A beat maker is defined as a person who makes the a beat and hopes for a great record. “There is nothing wrong with being a beat maker” ~ Big Ron, Ceo of Black Shield Entertainment, Super Producer Fatboi (Gucci Mane – Wasted) Manager. There is no problem with each because a hit record can come from anywhere. The education before entertainment panel will digust the difference between the two and will feature some Atlanta’s hottest producers, beat makers, and writers. We’re going to take a look at these two definitions and find common ground. Then the battle of the beats and hooks to see who will reign supreme and claim the spot for August 2010 Champ.
