Key Hyundai launches a groundbreaking initiative to attract its CT Hyundai customers to its Facebook page. Facebook is part of Key Hyundai's overall initiative to open lines of communication with its customers and potential customers.

Key Hyundai's decision to promote it's Facebook page and gain more fans is part of Key Hyundai's goal of offering world class customer service. The owner of Key Hyundai, Jill Merriam, personally monitors the Facebook page and responds to any customer's needs. "Facebook is a great way for our customers to see the personality behind our business and to develop a real one on one relationship with us. We offer our Facebook fans contests, giveaways and discounts on sales and services," says Ms. Merriam, CT's only female Hyundai dealer. Ms. Merriam went on to say that she is particularly interested in establishing connections with her Milford Hyundai customers because she has only owned that dealership for about 18 months.
