Q Golf Invitational September 29, 2010 At University Golf Club

Aug. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- On September 29, 2010 the eyes of the LGBT Community will be on Vancouver once again for the launch of the Q Golf Invitational, a fundraiser for the Q Scholarship Program, and an event that organizers hope will become an annual event.  Visit http://qfoundation.yolasite.com/ to find out more and to purchase tickets.

This is the follow up event to the international sensation that was Q Ball last year where Pierre Elliott Trudeau, former prime minister, was inducted into the Q Hall of Fame Canada.  Press from around the world were present at Q Ball in 2009 and selected Q Ball as a premier must attend event.

The Q Golf Invitational promises to be a first for the world, with on course entertainment, and a spectacular dinner and evening entertainment to follow after the tournament.  

The BCCMA award winning artist, AJ Woodworth, is the headline entertainer for the night.

The day will be filled with spectacular scenery, great entertainment, and some amazing prizes including a hole in one prize of a trip for two to Hawaii for 8 days and 7 nights airfare and accomodation.

Tickets to golf are a very reasonable $150.00 per player and include: 18 holes of Western Golf, Cart rental (for 2), Lunch, Dinner, and of course entertainment.
