For several lists and manual  conversion you just click the little arrow on the Create ticket button to get a choice of lists. For the default list, or if you only use one list, click the button instead.

HelpDesk OSP can be used with Outlook Web Access, which is especially useful for a team that is distributed to different places or when members work away from office. When the e-mail threading is enabled, all e-mails concerning the same case are added to the first ticket, where they are saved chronologically and easily can be reviewed and commented on by all staff.

A Settings form in Outlook handles the connection between Outlook and SharePoint/Office Live, and the admin configures it for all subsequent users. The login details to the SharePoint site can be saved, and the password is encrypted for best security.
