Aug. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Following statutory changes to the way qualifications are accredited, ITEC (International Therapists Examination Council) have released new syllabuses to reflect these changes.

The new qualifications will now be grouped under the heading 'UK Qualifications', whilst the previous subjects will remain under the 'International Qualifications' banner.

New Brook Centre (formerly known as New Brook Therapy & Beauty School) have been quick to adapt to these changes, which come into force in September 2010.

To help in the transition to the new syllabuses, New Brook have created a new, friendly web-site, with the intention of making it easy to visualise the content required for each course offered by the centre.

The new website has been built by New Brook, who administer the site themselves. As experience is gained teaching the new ITEC syllabuses, it is expected that the web content will reflect knowledge gained, to help students through the learning process.

New Brook will strive to maintain the site with the latest information, as and when it becomes available.

New Brook Centre is a small, dedicated, independent ITEC registered college, offering a very high standard of training for complementary and holistic therapists. Class sizes kept small to maximise the learning experience.

New Brook was initially founded in 1999 to promote Aromatherapy, and retail related products on the then infant World Wide Web.
However, times changed and the company evolved into a private training school and clinic, and all energy was placed into providing high quality training for therapists.
The founder member of the company, Dawn Disney, has both taught and practised as a therapist for twenty-five years, recently qualifying as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist at the Dr Vodder Schule in Austria.

The operation is based on a 17th century farm within the heart of the beautiful countryside of West Sussex, England. The school is a fully registered ITEC college, which operates throughout the year. Examinations are held twice a year in July and December.
