Gleistein Ropes establishes new US branch: Paving the way for continued growth Gleistein Inc.

July 29, 2010 - PRLog -- Located in Bellingham, Washington State, the new branch brings Gleistein closer to its already large and rapidly growing number of US customers. It will provide enhanced sales and support services for the entire range of high-quality Gleistein products, incorporating ropes and accessories for both recreational and commercial marine environments as well as multifaceted industrial applications on dry land.

The significant growth Gleistein has enjoyed in the North American market over recent years has made this move necessary. “We anticipate that we will continue to grow strongly – and want to be in a prime position to capitalize on this,” explains Steve LoPiano who joins Gleistein Ropes as Head of the new Branch. LoPiano brings with him more 30 years of experience. Throughout his career he has spent time managing manufacturing, production planning, and materials management departments. Over the past 10 years LoPiano has specifically focused on servicing the needs and demands of the North American markets. “Missing from these markets is a source of quality products and service. Gleistein has the capability to fill this void and I am thrilled to be on board”, explains LoPiano.
