Austin Area Unites In An Rv “xstream” Makeover To Reverse Homelessness

Austin's homeless and community volunteers will be begin an RV extreme makeover to transform it into the Homeless Coach on Saturday 7/31 from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. at Princess Craft RV 102 1st Street, Pflugerville, TX. Streamed live to homelesscoach.org.
 
July 29, 2010 - PRLog -- AUSTIN, TX:  Local homeless and community volunteers of the Homeless Coach non-profit startup will be executing the demolition phase of an RV extreme makeover on Saturday 7/31 from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. at Princess Craft RV 102 1st Street, Pflugerville, TX. This begins its official transformation into the first Homeless Coach missioned to “ssensselemoH --- reverse Homelessness” by using live-streaming, community-based social networking while promoting Austin-area businesses contributing to the cause.

The event is open to the public by visiting Princess Craft RV. For those not able to travel, the event will also be video-streamed to the Homeless Coach website at http://homelesscoach.org for viewing and engaging in live-chat.

The subsequent “Xstream” Makeover construction phase will take place over the next two months and culminate in an Unveiling Event in October, 2010.

The Homeless Coach is accepting applications and contributions from local individuals, families, churches and businesses who wish to participate in this unique opportunity to change lives and communities for the better. Over 50 businesses, churches and individuals have participated to date.

The Homeless Coach is fiscally sponsored by the Austin Community Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit serving Austin and surrounding areas.
