Thomsons Online Benefits Win Motability’s Business Partner Award

Thomsons have worked with Motability since 2004 helping them develop their employee rewards programme “myflex” into a sector leading package. Motability Operations went on to achieve “Best Company to Work for” status in 2007.

Motability Operations’ HR team nominated Thomsons for the award following many years of successful partnership. Over 100 suppliers were considered including car manufacturers and insurers.
