With this tour you will not miss the Ethiopian cultural music, dance and art facts when you wonder around the mountains. Original dances, food and traditional music will be presented to you when you arrive to Addis Ababa, Ethiopian souvenir and post cards will be with you when you leave. You will visit palaces of Gondar (“Africa’s Camelot”); also see the newly restored baths of Fasilidas. Gondar was named as a permanent capital city for 200 hundred years of Ethiopia since 1636 by King Fasil.

Itinerary:

  Day One:

Addis Ababa City tour (alt. 2400m).

Visit Merkato (the biggest open market in Africa), Ethnological museum and Entoto Mountains.

Cultural music and dance night. (Entrance fees, food and soft drinks are included in the price).

Day Two:

Fly to Gondar:  Visit the Royal Castel of Fasilidas, and see the newly restored baths of Fasilidas and visit Debre Berhan Selassie Church (The only surviving church from the Mehadists’ attack).

Day Three:

Drive to Debark in Semien Mountains and Sankaber (alt. 3200m).

Day Four:

Trek to Geech camp through Jinbar fall (it will take 6 hours).

Day Five:

Excursion to a view point of Imetgogo, Saha, and Kedadit.

Day Six:

Trek to Chenek (alt. 3600m), pass through Enatiye View point.

Day Seven:

Trek to ArkoAziye through Bwahit pass (alt. 4430).

Day Eight:

Climb Beroch Wuha (alt. 4272m) to Sona.

Day Nine:

Trek to Silki (atl. 4420m).

Day Ten:

Trek to Mekarebia at Aderkay.

Day twelve:

Drive to Gondar.

Day Thirteen:

Fly to Addis Ababa.

Day Fourteen:

Rest in Addis Ababa. Best selected Ethiopian souvenir and post cards will be given to you to memory the best trip you ever had in Ethiopia.
