Wingspan Seminars Hires Cheryl Waide

July 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Ms. Waide comes to Wingspan Seminars from Miami Rescue Mission where she served as Manager of Communications for the South Florida nonprofit. Prior to that, she held management positions at various media giants such as Discovery Channel, MTV Networks and USA Cable.


Cheryl Waide provides a variety of media solutions for small to mid-sized businesses to level the field between her clients and their larger competitors. Ms. Waide specializes in public relations and social marketing, in addition to her experience in web design, document layout and illustration, photography, spec writing and advertising sales support. At Wingspan Seminars, her focus will be steering the promotion of Wingspan through the tenets of social and traditional media.

A native of New York City, Cheryl Waide earned her Bachelor of Arts from Campbell University in North Carolina, and is currently working towards her Masters of Business Administration from Florida Memorial University. Ms. Waide is also earning a certification in Social Media from New Media, New Marketing at Millennia Atlantic University in Doral, Florida.
