NATJA Launches New Travel Discussion and Chat Forum

July 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Pasadena, California (July 2010) – The North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA) has launched a new chat forum aimed at keeping travel writers, photographers, editors, and destinations in constant communication. The chat forum was added to their website, www.natja.org, and allows travel industry professionals to share experiences, story ideas, and stay relevant within the travel community.

The chat room is open to all currently active NATJA members as part of the benefits package for the organization. Membership which is due annually is $150.00 for media and $500.00 for CVB/DMOs. All media will be qualified and must submit a minimum of 10 articles for review published within the past year.

“We’ve created an open forum where travel writers, editors and destinations can come together and help each other with travel arrangements, tips and up-to-date information,” states Helen Hernandez, CEO of NATJA. “By providing this added benefit to our membership we’re allowing them to take advantage of immediate opportunities.”
