July 22, 2010 - PRLog -- BEST PRICE Canon EOS Rebel T2i 18 MP CMOS APS-C Digital SLR Came.Canon T2i Review.

Whether you are new to the world of digital SLRs, or a seasoned photographer who wants to try your luck at the video, the Canon Rebel T2i is perfect. I've had nothing but great experiences with it so far, and highly recommend to everyone.
Other than T2i, I admit (especially to shoot) the Rebel XS (1000D), and also have extensive experience with the Canon 50D. Although my XS serves me very well yet, I wanted to get a DSLR with video capabilities since the release of the T1i. After finally saving up enough for T1i, I really got lucky that Canon has announced the T2i, which has features even better! I'm lucky enough to finally get it, and you want to share my experiences and how they compare to my expectations
The device is very small and light. It is not weather-sealed or durable as some of the more expensive SLR cameras, but it is not "felt cheap" in my opinion. He has a 3-inch LCD (compared to the Rebel XS 2.5-inch screen), which also has a very high resolution. It looks beautiful! Auto-focus is fast and I was very satisfied with the quality of images and videos I've taken so far.
Image Quality: I was afraid that both cramming megapixel sensor, there is much of the image "noise" (the myth of megapixels). This has fortunately not been a problem, and I was very happy with the pictures taken with this camera! Besides the issues of white balance (see below, Cons), image quality is very good!

VIDEO: Some people have said that contempt video on DSLRs is just a gimmick. I disagree. Based on the sample clips that I saw on YouTube, I was excited to get a HDSLR, and while the videos are sometimes fragile, so you do not have very steady hands, a tripod will eliminate these concerns. The audio quality on the T1i has been criticized by many, but the T2i a microphone input jack, which allows you to connect a microphone. I do not have one yet so can not comment on this feature, but will update this review if and when I save enough to try it on. Furthermore, this enhanced offer recording options, including more fps (frames per second) that T1i, which technically available "true HD" recording in 1080, but only at a 20 fps agitated.

Low-Light Performance: I am much more impressed than I thought. My Rebel XS could go up to ISO 1600, but would perform poorly there. This not only can go up a level significantly higher ISO, but performs much better. Less noise image means that you have to spend less time editing your photos, and holders of many others!

SDXC SUPPORT: Only own SDHC cards so far, but it is good to know that it supports the next generation of flash memory, which means that you will in future be able to hold many more images than those currently available.

NOT a full-frame SLR: This is not a full-frame SLR like the Canon 5D Mark II, and the results APS-C size within a crop factor (1.6x), and do not necessarily provide the same image quality than most, a full-frame sensor does. Yet, less than half the cost of the Mark II, I think it's a compromise worth it for most users.

crop factor means that this unit, like other Canon digital SLR that have APS-C size image, will not be faithful to the designation of the target. A 50mm lens produces an image closer to 50mm or 80 x 1.6 mm on a full-frame. This not only makes a difference for those who want to do landscape photography (which usually benefits from wide-angle views), but for those with unstable hands. The general logic is that to ensure a steady shot, you have to hit the reciprocal of the length of your speech. Thus, a focal length of 50mm, you should be shooting at a speed faster than 1 / 50 second for regular use. Keep the crop factor in mind, you really should be shooting at speeds faster than 1 / 80 second.

factors are common crops for most digital SLRs, such as full-frame sensors making the production cost, which is then passed on to consumers in the form of very expensive equipment. It is not so much a flaw in the T2i Rebel, but just a note to keep in the back of your mind.

DIFFERENT BATTERY: This is more complicated for those with extra batteries for those whose first reflex would T2i, but Canon has changed the battery. Again, no big deal, but perhaps a problem for some who discover that their old batteries can not be used on this model.

White balance: I found the 'Auto' setting white balance was on my wildly inaccurate Rebel XS (often giving shots inside a yellow unless I changed the WB to "fashion Incandescent Light"), and I think that the parameters of the World Bank on this model are still not as precise as they should be. If you want truly accurate WB, you can use a gray card, or an alternative would be to simply try digitally editing photos on your computer after the shooting.

NO JOINT PANEL: No screen articulated, but this is a rare feature in DSLRs in general, so this is not a shortcoming of the T2i. Like most of your shots will probably be composed using the viewfinder, not a big deal, but it would have been handy! If you absolutely must have a screen on an articulated HDSLR, consider the Nikon D5000.

Note about Lens Kit
The lens that comes with it is the standard 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 that comes with the other rebels. It is a very good all around lens, but more likely you will want to upgrade when your goal is to (a) better image quality, or (b) better performance in terms of low light.

This objective is very good, but for pros or those who pay incredibly close attention to detail, quality optical lenses of high-end Canon is superior to the kit lens. For most users, I do not think the picture quality will be a huge problem.

More likely, the aperture size is the reason that people want to improve their goal over time. A lens with a wider aperture for more light to reach the sensor in less time than a lens with a narrow opening. This means that you can use a shutter speed faster, which allows you to start the fire faster, thus reducing the likelihood of a blurred image. Outside on a sunny day, this range of opening of this goal will not be a limiting factor in a poorly lit gym, however, you notice some blurry pictures (see below for a recommended alternative for Shooting low light).

Yet it is a very good all around lens that can lead to great pictures!

1. An external flash: It will be very useful. With flash, your pictures come out often brightly lit. Bouncing an external flash on the wall makes a huge difference in picture quality. Personally I use the Speedlite 580EX II, but there are cheaper alternatives that are very good. Some high-end cameras (ie Canon 5D Mark II) does not even have an integrated flash, which goes to show something about the way photographers high-level view of the illumination provided by lightning internally.

2. 50mm f/1.8 lens II - A hundred dollars, this goal is relatively cheap compared to others on the market. Despite its low price, it offers high picture quality. Although it lacks is (image stabilization) as some other Canon lenses (including kit lens), with a large aperture of f/1.8, the light usually comes to ensuring a fast shutter speed , which in turn reduces camera shake. Keep in mind that as a first "target, your feet will have to zoom in and out. It's not as convenient as a goal every day walk-around lens like the 18-55 kit that provides a good zoom range, but it's a great lens for portraits. So should ideally be a good option for poorly lit places where the opening of the kit lens is not wide enough to ensure steady shot.
