Mergers and Acquisition Experts Expand ZweigWhite’s Consulting Team

July 21, 2010 - PRLog -- WAYLAND, MA—ZweigWhite, the nation’s leader in enhancing business performance for the A/E industry, is pleased to announce the appointments of Jeff Clark as Managing Director and Principal and Hobson Hogan as Principal with ZweigWhite’s Mergers and Acquisition Services practice.

Jeff Clark joins ZweigWhite after working over the past several years with ZweigWhite's parent company, Eli Global, as an M&A consultant handling 19 successful engagements totaling over $150 million in transaction value.  Prior to working with Eli Global, Jeff provided strategic consulting services to Syska Hennessy in the AEC space and for several F500 companies through a marketing agency he co-founded and later sold out of Los Angeles.

Hobson Hogan is a seasoned mergers and acquisitions professional with significant experience in the AEC industry. He assists architectural, engineering and construction firms with strategy formulation and ownership transfer issues, including buyer and seller representations. His extensive background in finance, strategic planning, consulting and engineering provides him with an in-depth understanding of difficult organizational, operational and strategic issues facing the AEC industry.

Prior to joining ZweigWhite, Hobson was a Senior Associate with FMI Capital Advisors, Inc. and has worked in various finance and consulting positions for Progress Energy and Accenture. He also worked as a practicing engineer for The Coca-Cola Company.
