Dear Keva Industries and Mr. Karan Goel:

My name is Paul Johnson, and I am in-house legal counsel for Mineral Resources International, Inc., the original manufacturer of mineral and trace mineral supplements harvested from Utah’s Great Salt Lake.

It has come to our attention this week, that your web site, specifically the page titled “Process for ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops” found at: http://www.kevaind.org/processofconcentrace.aspx, is identical, and, we believe, has been plagiarized substantially from a copyrighted work that was written and published by Mineral Resources International, Inc.

We are the proprietors and owners of www.mineralresourcesint.com, (“The Work”). MRI has reserved all rights in the Work, which was expressed in material form on 08-01-2008 (see: http://cocatalog.loc.gov/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?v1=18&ti=1,18&Search%5FArg=Mineral%20Resources%20International%2C%20Inc%2E&Search%5FCode=NALL&CNT=25&PID=F2WOE9xWKKcZmmShWXTNCEfrrolsv&SEQ=20100623161644&SID=1) .

In reviewing this web page, there are many identical and substantially similar statements to web pages found in the MRI web site, specifically, “MRI’s Commitment to Quality,” found at: http://www.mineralresourcesint.com/commitment.htm and “MRI’s Mineral Supplements: The Sum of All Parts” found at: http://www.mineralresourcesint.com/QA.htm as well as other pages on the web site.

Whether Keva Industries obtained this material directly from MRI’s web site or through Trace Minerals Research, L.C., permission was neither requested nor granted. Therefore, your work constitutes copyright infringement (17 USCS Sect. 506).

As such, MRI is entitled to an injunction against your continued infringement as well as statutory damages and attorney’s fees as a result of this infringement.

MRI immediately demands the following from Keva Industries and Mr. Karan Goel:

1.   Remove all infringing content and notify MRI in writing the material has been
                     removed;
2.   Credit all infringing content to Mineral Resources International, Inc.;
3.   Immediately cease the use and distribution of copyrighted material;
4.   Immediately destroy all unused printed copies of this work;
5.   Agree in writing to desist from using any of MRI’s copyrighted works in the
                    future that apply to MRI, the Anderson family, NorthShore, CMD, and MRI’s other
                    products.

We await to hear from you no later than Wednesday, June 30, 2010.

Sincerely,

Paul Johnson
