July 18, 2010 - PRLog -- In a bid to promote the local language among the expat population, Eton Institute, the largest UAE-based language institute, announced special subsidies of over AED 18,000 for the first 25 learners registering this month for an exclusively dedicated Arabic beginner level course. The special subsidized Arabic course will cover an entire beginner level in the language and will involve 30 hours of learning over 6 weeks, with classes three times a week, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:30 pm to 7:00pm. The subsidies, offered on a first-come first-serve basis, will allow individuals to enrol for the Arabic course for only AED 600 after a scholarship discount of over 55%.

Dr. Eli Abi Rached, Director of Eton Institute, commented "Language is a bridge that can connect different communities and bring them together. Learning Arabic not only allows expats to communicate more effectively in the region but also gives them a much deeper understanding and appreciation of the local culture. By making learning highly affordable and accessible through this initiative, we hope to encourage more and more people to embrace this beautiful local language."

Eton Institute, which have in the past conducted several free Arabic language courses and Cultural Awareness workshops for the public, offer a range of Arabic language programmes for both individuals and organisations. By adopting a well-structured, interactive and real-life based approach to learning, the institute trains individuals to not only begin speaking in Arabic but also intuitively perceiving and thinking in their new language. The beginner level course provides learners with a strong foundation in the Arabic language in terms of all the 4 skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

The special subsidized Arabic course will be conducted starting 01 August, over 4 weeks, with classes daily, Sundays to Thursdays, conveniently scheduled from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
