Oriel Grows Team with New Appointments

July 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Oriel is celebrating its ten year anniversary and these two appointments are part of supporting the company's continued growth and development. Having ridden the ride of the recession and come out of it in a positive position Oriel are now focussing on strengthening its position within the recruitment and back office market and recruitment is one of their strategies for growth.

Jane Kimpton has been appointed as Business Development Executive for the contractor division of Oriel. Jane's main responsibilities will be to generate new business leads for the contractor division targeting recruitment agencies and contractor workers direct promoting CIS and umbrella services. She will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and being on hand to handle enquires and to meet the client's needs more effectively and to ensure that Oriel Contractors division continues to grow and become an increasingly profitable and successful business for the future.

Prior to joining Oriel, Jane worked for The Richard Denny Group - an executive training and recruitment company for two years as a Recruitment Consultant. Having gained valuable experience in her previous position in recruitment Jane understands what is required to succeed and is ready to hit the ground running and develop Oriel Contractors.

Boosting sales resources in Oriel Support, Adam Jones has joined as Business Development Executive. Adam has joined Oriel from Venture Finance where he developed his knowledge in the factoring and invoice discounting industry before returning to his roots of the recruitment industry. He views his new role at Oriel as "an exciting opportunity to work within a flexible finance and business service provider during exciting time as the UK economy comes out of recession and we see the recruitment industry develop".
