$100,000 in MBA Scholarships to be awarded to San Diego Residents this Summer

July 16, 2010 - PRLog -- $100,000 in MBA Scholarships will awarded to San Diego Residents this summer for the MBA Hybrid Program at California Miramar University. This scholarship is available to anyone in San Diego who meets the admissions criteria for entrance in the MBA Program.

Each scholarship is in the amount of $2,500. There is total of $100,000 in the Scholarship Fund. Once it has been exhausted, there will be no additional scholarships. Recipients of the scholarship must apply and be accepted at California Miramar University by August 31st 2010. The next MBA Hybrid cohort starts September 20th 2010.

Hybrid MBA class meets just one night per week and the rest is online. Courses are 6 weeks long and students take one course at a time. Students finish in less than 2 years. It’s the ideal schedule for students to be able to balance work, school, and family. CMU curriculum addresses the obstacles and challenges that business of all sizes face in this turbulent economy. Pursuing an MBA at CMU puts you in a position to stand out from the crowd. This translates into real life business solutions to prepare students to excel in management and leadership.

Graduate tuition at CMU is $295 per credit hour which equals $885 per 3 credit hour course. The MBA program requires 13 courses = $11,505.  With the Scholarship, tuition drops to $9,005.

The scholarship is only applicable for the Hybrid MBA. To make an application for the Hybrid MBA, applicants must have completed a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
