-- The Art Institute of New York City is pleased to announce that students requesting living arrangements are now housed in a completely remodeled building at 67 Livingston Street in Brooklyn Heights.
A short subway ride away from the school, the fully-furnished building offers amenities including bathrooms in each unit, spacious closets, wireless high-speed internet, flat screen TV with cable in each unit, a top of the line fitness center, a student lounge, computer lab, a penthouse lounge, and cheerfully decorated rooms.
Art Institute of New York City students are the sole tenants in this 25 story, 75 unit building, accommodating up to 182 students.
“We are elated to welcome The Art Institute of New York City, a tenant of the highest caliber, to Brooklyn's preeminent student housing facility at 67 Livingston St. We look forward to providing the same first class, high quality management experience that has allowed us to successfully service tenants such as New York University and others over the years,” said Martin Ben-Dayan, principle at Glory Capital, owners of the building.
Joe Pirrello, Dean of Student Affairs at The Art Institute of New York City says, “As we enter the fourth year of school-sponsored housing, it’s exciting to have this new facility that will house our students exclusively. We look forward to being a valued member of this dynamic Brooklyn neighborhood.”
