August 3 sees the release of two titles from a new line, the Yoga Emergency 12 Minute Workout series. In these new DVDs Kristen Eykel, (creator of the best-selling DVD “Yoga for Your Pregnancy”, also available from BayView) demonstrates easy to learn postures and stretches that are easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. In both the “Arms & Shoulders” and “Back” DVDs, Kristen shows simple yet effective tools to feel better now and anytime. Each DVD also includes a bonus guided meditation practice directly after the workout as well as 1-minute Stressbusters – stress-relief tips. Street date for “Yoga Emergency 12 Minute Workout: Arms & Shoulders” and “Yoga Emergency 12 Minute Workout: Back” is August 3, suggested retail price is $14.99 each.
