New Book Helps Kids Cope With Loss Of Loved One
Can you find something positive to dwell on when you lose a loved one? According to author Whitney Manse, you can. In “What’s Gramma Doing in Heaven?” Manse helps young readers cope with loss through the story of a little girl named Cecilia.
Manse’s book was inspired by her own mother’s death and the poem, “Welcome Home,” which was written by her mother and is included in the book.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/
This is also an eLIVE title, meaning each book contains a code redeemable for a free audio book version from TatePublishing.com. eLIVE – Listen, Imagine, View, and Experience!
Manse earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and has served as a preschool and elementary school teacher. She resides in Homeworth, Ohio with her husband and children, and serves as a service coordinator for the children’s department of her church. Manse also blogs at www.raisingkidsoffaith.com.
