July 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Here at S-Clark, we are a 3rd generation repair facility. Over the years, as the industry has fluxuated, S-clark has diversified to maintain stable service capabilities.
By doing that, we have worked with several industries gaining experience in each industry, including pharmaceutical, food, beverage and dairy, the steel industry, automotive, plastic, injection blown molding, extrusion molding, and rubber industry.

Gear Box and Pump Repair

When we use the word rebuild, we don't mean to change seals and bearings. When we use the word rebuild, we can actually repair any old, worn, or cracked gear, pinions, shafts, cutting blades/knives, to it's original manufacturers specifications successfully. Upon arrival to our shop, we first clean and degrease all equipment, then we magnaflux to check for any hairline cracks. Then we anneal the equipment to relieve all the hard and soft brittle spots. We then rebuild oversize with the same alloy we are working with, then re-grind to the original pitch and diameter. Finally, we re-temper by either flame hardening or carburizing. By doing this, we can warranty all work for 36 months upon installation. We now offer free pickup, deliver, and free evaluation. If you have some equipment in your bone yard or scrap pile that you might think is too far gone for repair, please give us a chance. we will have a truck pick it up bring back to our shop, tear down, submit you a quote with pictures via email or fax. If the quote is approved, our expected turn around time is 4-7 business days. If the quote is not approved, we will repack the equpment, send it back to you, at no cost. We will not charge 30, 60, or 90 days later as some companies do, and we will even pay for the freight both ways if quote is not approved.
