Spaces for Outdoor Activities at Sundial Meeting Venues

July 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Highgate House, situated in the stunning rural surroundings of Northamptonshire is home to Church Meadow; a beautiful outdoor space where those using the conference venue can take part in some of the outdoor activities provided by the Sundial team or other team building companies.

The large field gives visitors the option to partake in traditional activities including archery and laser clay pigeon shooting, or if guests are feeling the adrenaline rush a quad bike circuit is a fun, stimulating option.

“The vast open space surrounding the meeting venue is perfect for both rigorous, engaging activities and tranquil, relaxing activities” says Mark Cooper, sales director of Sundial Group; which specialises in providing quality service in all its UK meeting venues. “Whether you are taking time out from a busy conference, or simply visiting for the day, the dedicated teams we have at our meeting venue in Northamptonshire can cater to various numbers and provide exciting refreshments”.

The refreshments come with a choice of a delicious buffet lunch at the midlands meeting venue’s prestigious Terrace Restaurant or, alternatively, the team can provide an outdoor selection of gourmet snacks including; a BBQ, bottle bars, packed lunches and an ample selection of soft drinks.  The team is flexible, though, and will cater to your exact requirements.

“Church Meadow allows you to let loose on your group’s away day.  Having the run of over a hectare of land avoids the worry of being distracted or disturbed from the activities in hand. The conference venue itself can host an array of leisure activities, and if your team wishes to make a weekend of it, Highgate House has a selection of en-suite bedrooms – 97 in total!”
