The cap is made from high quality Super soft polyurthane thin skin base, every individual hair is hand-knotted (injected ) to the PU base. This base construction is widely used in hairpieces for man, and now we developed into full cap wig for ladies.
We are using fine human hair and the hair length could reach as long as 20" in all styles.

Basically we use  two type of knotting techniques on thin skin:
1. V type: The hair goes into the thin skin and goes up to secure the fixing. We could make it as thin as  0.03mm  for this type of knotting. see below:

2.  I type: The hair is injected into the skin. In order to secure the hair into the skin and last the wig longer, we make thin skin a bit thick for this type. See below.

Advantages over Lace Wigs:
As the PU base is super thin and transparent, the hairline so natural that it is undetectable to naked eye even across coffee table, and the hair in injected to the base, there is no black knots of the hair and it is 100% imitation of the hair growing out of the scallop.
