July 5, 2010 - PRLog -- QuickStart provides new managers deep learning in less time with breakthrough results. This comprehensive learning experience leverages technology and neuroscience research on how we learn and change behaviors.  During this the four-month program, managers progressively build ability to create shared team goals, engage and motivate team members, handle difficult conversations, delegate effectively, build effective teams and learn leadership styles to fit different situations.  For more details go to:

QuickStart builds manager capacity through 8 two-hour virtual training sessions.  Each session provides practical tools that are applied immediately.  To further deepen the learning, “real-time” coaching is embedded throughout the four months to ensure support is available on demand as work issues arise.  Participants don’t need to wait until the next session to have support.  This on-demand coaching takes the learning from the virtual classroom to the real world.

As well, a peer collaboration site allows for participant dialogue, advice and further resources during the four-month program.  All sessions are lead by ChangeFusion’s seasoned facilitators who have developed 1,000’s of leaders internationally.  Recent participants in other training sessions have said, “Very thought provoking.  The information we learned in this session was very valuable and the instructor was awesome ” ,“Excellent facilitator, promoted strong participation” and “Material was immediately applicable.”

QuickStart is run in cohort sessions of 25 participants.  This small cohort size allows for robust peer interaction coupled with individual attention to participants learning needs.  ChangeFusion knows that participants’ managers play an integral role in a manager’s development.  QuickStart incorporates Manager +1 integration exercises and development conversations.  This combination of bite-sized interactive virtual sessions, on-demand coaching, application exercises and practical tools provides learning based on the latest research from neuroscience.

Front line managers have significant impact on employees’ effectiveness and performance; research has shown that managers have nearly 40% impact on employee potential. Yet, too often-new managers struggle during the transition due to lack of ability in the essential people management skills. A recent McKinsey study reveals that 70% of senior mangers are only "somewhat satisfied" with frontline manager performance.  Are your managers providing the best results they can?
