"By taking a look at the 'inventory level', we can determine whether we are in a buyers market or a sellers market", Bo reports. Even though Winnipeg has been a very hot market for the past 5 years, small fluctuations do occur. "For example, we will see inventory levels rise and fall thruout the year, and buyers activity will usually increase in the spring and drop off during the summer months", Bo states. Condos especially tend to fluctuate in levels. Thruout the year, Winnipeg sometimes has as much as 4 months of inventory at one time, whereas another the inventory levels drop to less than 2 months.
