July 1, 2010 - PRLog -- CompuLaw LLC, publisher of calendar/docket matter management software with built-in court rules databases, introduces Version 4.0 of its Vision Web Portal. Version 4.0 offers many exciting new features, all of which are a direct result of law firm feedback and customer suggestions.“Customers have always been our top priority at CompuLaw,” said David Kalmick, president and CEO of CompuLaw, LLC.  “Thousands of attorneys in many of the largest law firms now use Web Portal to monitor critical case deadlines and related information. Web Portal Version 4.0 is designed to meet the changing needs of our law firm clients, helping attorneys and other legal professionals work more conveniently and efficiently.  Through Web Portal, our customers have quick and effective access to their important calendar information.”
Highlights of Vision Web Portal 4.0 include:
•   Events can be marked as” hidden.”  Attorneys can easily customize their calendars to contain only those events that they wish to see, without effecting other calendars and reports. These “hidden events” can easily be “un-hidden” at any time.
•   Private and Public To-Do items can now be added, changed and deleted by users directly through the Web Portal interface.
•   Case Notes can now be added, changed and deleted by users directly through the Web Portal interface.
•   Web Portal now supports Ethical Walls.  Administrator can restrict events for specific cases, clients and matters from certain attorneys to avoid conflicts of interest.
•   Calendar Requests now support multiple attachments.  Web Portal users can now attach multiple documents to calendar requests.
•   Web Portal Import-Attachment Notification - Vision (version 10) users can now quickly see if a calendar request includes attachments, and can view them directly from within Vision.
