Tri Wellness to Host Third Workplace Health Seminar: How to Fight Skyrocketing Health Care Costs

The goal of this seminar is to help educate companies about formulating strategies to combat skyrocketing health care costs.  Attendees will learn how Health Care Reform can affect their company and why they need to begin to take matters into their own hands; not wait to see what the government’s next move will be.

Bucky Markus, CEO of Tri Wellness with 25 years in the health and wellness industry, will share his knowledge of the current Health Care Reform bills along with Health Promotion Programs and how they can affect companies.  Strategies and resources will be shared regarding creating a culture of wellness and how a preventative health system can save money.

Joining Mr. Markus will be Ben Worthen, Managing Partner of Human Capital and an expert in Health and Welfare planning.  Mr. Worthen will discuss the impact of regulatory changes within the health care industry and how companies can use wellness programs to improve their bottom line.

Problems, solutions, and approaches will be touched upon that will change the way a company looks at its  business and the way it manages its most important asset – its employees. After all, unhealthy behavior does not simply affect the individual, but has an effect on everyone around them. That effect is expensive, but also preventable.
