Knauf Insulation Continues Its Nordic Development

June 29, 2010 - PRLog -- Knauf Insulation has recently appointed two representatives in Finland to support the Company’s growing market share and development of insulation sales across the Nordic countries. Additionally, Knauf Insulation has recruited in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Tero Mäkinen joins Knauf Insulation as area sales manager and will be responsible for sales across both the trade and DIY market sectors, having had many years experience within the building industry. Peter Etholén has also been appointed area sales manager and has over 20 years experience in the materials and construction industry.  In these new positions, Tero and Peter will be responsible for growing and strengthening relationships for Knauf Insulation with merchants and contractors.

The new appointments support Knauf Insulation’s drive for market share throughout the Nordic countries, with new recruits being selected to help promote, and strengthen the Country’s insulation offering of glass and rock mineral wool and XPS foam.

Peter and Tero have already been instrumental in developing a simplified price structure to steer away from complex arrangements and add on costs usually found in the Finnish insulation market.
