Brasserie 1605’s Macy’s Fireworks Festival will begin at 7 p.m. with the presentation of the  monumental Champagne Picnic Buffet, including such American fare favorites as: Angus beef burgers; foot-long hot dogs; pulled pork sliders; corn on the cob; slow cooked ribs in Anchor Steam Ale; Yukon Gold potato salad; smoked brisket sandwiches with Bourbon mop; Boston baked beans; blueberry pie; cherry pie; watermelon and regional micro-brews, in addition to red and white sangria and patriotically domestic champagne. At 8:30, guests will be escorted to the roof for the fireworks show at 9, further enhanced by a live 1010 WINS Radio broadcast of the event from the hotel’s roof, including the evening’s official original musical score “American Harmony” featuring The New York Pops orchestra and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
